My field doesn't appear ?

Once the field is created, it must be assigned to the different templates on which you want to make it appear, the same for the backoffice.
To assign a field to a template you must go to the "Templates" part of the NAPContent administration.
Then we add it in the different views:

  • Display form: to display it first in the form of the back office
  • Display Item, Display List, Display Module: to display it in the different views of the frontend
  • Display Admin List: to display it in the list of items in backoffice.

    Some users don't see fields in frontend forms

    The display of the field is subject to rights levels, so you must allow the display of the field in the field configuration for the groups for which you want to display the field.

      I installed my plugin but it's not proposed to me in the choices

      You have to activate the plugin after installing it, in the main menu of the backoffice -> Extensions -> Plug-ins, search for NAPC plugins and activate them if they are not.
      Warning : the "System - Napc" plugin in the "system" plugin types must always be enabled for NAPContent to work.

        How long can I download the extension I purchased ?

        The download period for extensions depends on your subscription level:

        • "Open" level: You have a period of 3 months from the date of purchase to be able to download your extension.
        • "Standard" level: You have a period of 6 months from the date of purchase to download the different extensions of NAPContent.
        • "Premium" level: You have a period of one year from the date of purchase in order to download the different extensions of NAPContent.

        How does the support work ?

        Support depends on your subscription level:

        • "Open" member (free): you don't have support from Team NAPC, but you have access to the documentation and the community forum.
        • "Standard" member: you have access to the documentation and you have the support of Team NAPC on the forum.
        • Premium member: you have access to the documentation, you benefit from the support of Team NAPC on the forum and you have 1 Ticket for an intervention on website *.

        *: The intervention is limited to 2h maximum and takes into account only the troubleshooting (bugs, conflicts, ...) on NAPContent. We do not intervene on the design (create and configure fields for example), nor on the integration help(templating).
